Rebuilt from the ground up to reduce costs, the world’s largest home building materials company has created a new range of high-performance home building equipment that includes waterproofing, fireproofing and even insulation.
As Recode reported in October, Koser has a new line of home building products for the residential market.
These new products include waterproof and fireproof building materials.
Koser’s new products come in the form of “premium” versions of their high-quality home building kits.
“We want to provide the same quality as our high-end products, which we have been doing for years,” said Peter Soderberg, senior vice president of product management at Koser.
“But now we’re moving to the next level.
This is an important step in our strategy to provide a new set of products that meet our customers needs, while also reducing the cost.”
The new home building product range is based on the same basic building materials and building processes as Koser products, but with some key differences.
In the past, Komer, the Japanese construction company, has used its own high-grade materials in its home building kit, but the new Koser line is using a variety of high quality materials and processes from suppliers around the world.
“There’s not a lot of overlap with the Komer line,” Soderang said.
“So we wanted to take that a step further and try to give our customers a choice in what kind of building materials they would want to build with.
So we’ve decided to use some of the most common materials we use in Japan and in other parts of the world.”
The two main categories of Komer products are the Koser Painted Glass Building Kit and the Kosei Home Building Kit.
The Koseis are based on high-strength aluminum and steel.
The Painted glass building kit includes a glass floor and glass roof, which is water resistant and also is water proof.
Koseikis also include two insulated modules.
“It’s not the same as our Painted building kits, which are built in a mold, and then we put that on top of the building,” Saderberg said.
The modules are built using high-tech processes that use advanced heat transfer and high-temperature treatment.
These high-value modules are then heated up using a special type of heat exchanger.
The process involves a lot more work than the traditional process, and some of these modules will last more than 20 years.
The module with the longest life is the Kasei Home Kit.
This module, which will last over 100 years, uses a mixture of glass and concrete for its construction.
This means that the module won’t break down during its lifetime.
“The Kaseis are the most expensive parts of our product,” Sederberg said, noting that the modules themselves can cost as much as $6,000.
“What we’re doing is adding a level of customization, where we can offer modules for people who need a different kind of kit than what Koseki has to offer.”
Building modules are the first step in Komer’s home building line.
These modules will eventually be sold at retail stores.
The company also has its own premium building kit for the commercial market.
The new Koseic Home Kit, which also includes a water-resistant floor, is designed to offer more protection than the existing Painted kits.
These kits include a roof that is water-resistance up to 150 feet (45 meters), and a steel roof that’s water- resistant up to 40 feet (12 meters).
“We’re not going to just replace the Painted and Koseimas.
We’re going to take some of our best materials and add some of what Komer is already offering and make it even better,” Suderberg said of the new products.
“Komer is one of the biggest players in the commercial building market.
We think our products are a better choice than Koseks.”
The Komer Koseide Home Kit also includes the Padella Building Kit, a lightweight, fire-resistant roof that can be made of a variety different materials, including steel, aluminum, concrete and aluminum-alloys.
The Kits will eventually also be sold in stores.
Komer says its premium products are still very popular, but they have seen limited adoption in the market.
“While we’re seeing a lot in the U.S. and other parts in the world, the premium product line has been very slow to take off in other countries, and we are working to change that,” Siderberg said in an email.
Kera is another company that is focusing on its premium home building market, which has grown in popularity in the past few years.
