In the past, a family could move in with a builder to build their dream home.

But that’s changing.

In a new study from real estate agency RREA, they are now finding that you need a lot more than just the materials you use to build a house.

What’s more, you also need to be prepared to make some sacrifices.

Here are seven reasons why you should consider a home renovation.1.

You’ll save moneyThe RREB study looked at what the average cost of a home remodel in a typical metro area was, and how that varied depending on the state.

Rerea says that home renovations can cost between $500 and $1,000 per month depending on what state you live in, and that’s just to get the basics like a foundation, exterior walls, and ceilings up to code.

“So if you’re a low-income household, the average costs are between $1K and $2K per month, but if you have a higher income and a larger family, that’s probably closer to $3K per year,” RREP wrote in an email.

You can save on your energy costsOnce you’ve done your home renovations, the next step is to get more energy efficient, and RRE said that’s a big one.

It recommends using LED bulbs, energy efficient appliances, and smart thermostats.

If you have the money to pay for all that, RRE recommends that you go to a home improvement store like Home Depot or Lowe’s.

“They have a range of home improvement items that you can pick up and you can save money,” Rrewa wrote.

You will be happier in your homeRREA said that it found that the happiest families were those that spent more time with their pets, had more regular exercise, and did more of their housework.

That means more of a connection to nature.

“If you are in a low income household, you might have a pet that you want to keep, or you might be a person that would rather do chores in the house than spend time with your pet,” Rrea said.

You won’t have to worry about your kids’ healthWhen it comes to the health of your family, RreA said, the main thing you want is that you have access to a doctor, and if you can afford it.

“A typical household spends about one-third of its budget on healthcare, and they’re paying a lot of it,” Rerea said in an interview.

You may be able to save money on your mortgageInterest rates are high in some parts of the country, and those are what RRE and RIMP found are the factors that have led to a huge increase in home mortgage interest rates.

According to RRE, home prices in the United States have gone up by about 25 percent since 2008, with prices up an average of 6.8 percent in the last year.

If the interest rate goes up that much, you can expect to pay about $2,400 more per year.

You have more time to workIt’s not just about your home.

According the RRE study, a study by real estate website Zillow found that people who work more tend to have more flexible schedules, which means they can work during the day, as well as during their lunch break, during the weekend, and during the week.

“People who work longer have less time to get things done,” Rres wrote.

“So if your schedule is flexible, it makes it easier to work with your team.”

You might be able with your money to save for a down paymentEven though you’re still making more money than before, you will be able pay less down if you want.

“Most people with money have a downpayment of around $50,000, so if they have an extra $20,000 in their account, that’ll be able them to put $50 into their down payment,” Rreda said, adding that you should also consider a down-payment plan if you plan on buying your home with a down payments that are less than $100,000.

What to do if you get a home repair or renovation order from a real estate agentThe RREE study showed that the average home repair and renovation order for a typical home in the country is $2 million.

But if you think you might qualify for a home-repair or renovation, you may want to consider contacting a realtor to help you make the case.

“You might want to talk to a realtor, or talk to an agent, or find out how to get your property inspected, or even do an independent appraisal,” Rree said.

“You might find that the realtors that you choose to go to can provide you with a very comprehensive home-sales report.”If
