How to build a luxury apartment in Brooklyn without an architect

Building a luxury New York apartment is tough.

The building materials you need, the floor plans you need and the appliances and furnishings that go into it all go into making it as comfortable as possible.

For that reason, building architects have to make decisions on the site before building even begins.

When you’re designing a luxury home in Brooklyn, the decisions have to be made by the developer.

That means that, in many cases, you have to hire an architect who is intimately familiar with your building.

That’s a daunting task.

“You’re just putting together a project in which a lot of people are going to have to sit down and talk to different people in different parts of the city,” said Jon Wiederman, managing partner at the Brooklyn firm PwC, which specializes in luxury housing.

“It’s not a typical luxury building.

It’s very specialized.”

In Brooklyn, you also have to have the proper permits.

For instance, it can take up to three weeks for the city to process a request for a permit to build or rehab an apartment building.

This is because the building permits vary from building to building and building to site.

There are also restrictions that apply to each building permit.

You also have a lot more rules and regulations than in any other major city.

In addition, you’re bound by a building code that covers a lot different things than the rest of the country.

“You have to understand what kind of rules are out there,” said Wiedeman.

“In terms of permits, there are a lot fewer.

And the codes are generally more specific.

If you’re building something that’s not really in your neighborhood, there’s no permit for that,” said James R. Smith, executive vice president of PwP.

The rules surrounding residential and commercial buildings vary widely, but the general rule is that an architect has to have an understanding of the building, the zoning, the permit and the building’s site plan.

“I think it’s pretty clear,” said Smith, “that architects should be building luxury properties for themselves, rather than trying to sell a building.””
