Building a $50 million jubilee skyscraper is just not a pipe dream for Albuquerque, but that’s the situation that jumbo-tall condo tower developer JBM is in with the $5.9 million Casamia Building Materials building material.JBM says Casamia is one of only three companies in the United States that is able to use the high-strength aluminum alloy and the cost of its high-quality construction materials, the Associated Press reports.
The Casamia building materials company has built several skyscrapers in the US, including one that opened in downtown Albuquerque in 2014.
The project was designed to be the tallest building in New York City, but the building did not go ahead.
The casamia building company is in the process of building a $30 million condo building on a site near the New Mexico state line that is currently under construction, according to a news release.
It is currently being designed by a team from the architectural firm of Cascadia Associates.
